Meet Kimberly
Real Estate AgentKim is a native of Guilford and graduated from Guilford High School. She attended Middlesex Community College and Branford Hall for Business.
With a natural predisposition to the organization and a genuine interest in helping people, Kim has worked in a variety of disciplines and since 2006, as the Administrative Manager and, Real Estate Agent, Closing Coordinator, and Listing Coordinator for The Whiteman Team.
While living in Florida, Kim volunteered and served as President, Board Member, and one of the founding members of a non-profit organization, The Children’s Theater Group, an organization dedicated to making a difference in children’s lives by creating an opportunity to discover, experience, and participate in all aspects of the performing arts.
Kim lives with her Husband Kevin Minckler. She has six children: Stephannie and Chuck and Grandson Chase; Mark and Alexandra and Granddaughters Victoria and Lilith and Grandson Elazar; Morgan and Corey; Joshua and partner Ian; Jason and Haley and Grandson Elijah; and Sam.
Kim enjoys working in stained glass, flying in an experimental Long EZ airplane and traveling.
